TAKE NOTICE: The Planning Board of the Borough of Wildwood Crest held a regular meeting on 4 February 2026 and at that meeting took the following action:
Memorialized Resolution PB-26-01 approving Application PB-25-13 for 7501 New Jersey Avenue a/k/a blk 111 lots 19 in Zone R-1A owner Patrick & Jennifer Davenport; seeking “C” Variances.
Memorialized Resolution PB-26-02 Wildwood Crest Planning Board Recommending Adoption of Ord 1477.
The next regular meeting of the Planning Board scheduled 4 March 2026 at 5 p.m. has been canceled.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all supporting documentation is available for public inspection at the Borough of Wildwood Crest Municipal Clerk’s Office and Wildwood Crest Land Use Office located at 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey 08260 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
